Lime is doing it again!!! Increasing mobile and telephone bills but there is no effort to increase the quality internet service. You pay for 1 meg and they promise you 80% of that speed. Then you do not get 60% of the speed consistently.
Next two weeks staff will be going home due to their high operating cost. I think it is probably the result of the high cost of collecting all of this extra money. What do you think?
Tell me will this behaviour ever END?

ARE YOU BEING WATCHED?
If there is one thing that would improve my customer experience would be no security guard following me around the store. Don't you agree?
Have you ever walked into a store and immediately become the object of attention of the security guard? I know they are trying to do their job but I question the criteria they are using to select their targets. I personally hate being followed around in a store like a criminal. It seems like everywhere you turn their eyes are glued to you.
Sometime I try to shake them off by turning and walk right in their direction just to see their reaction. Some of them respond by turning away and pretending not to be paying much attention to me, others stare even more intense and even clutch their baton. I just love given them a dose of their own medicine.

UNANSWERED CALLS
This week my company urgently need of a gallon of a special grease to use in the manufacturing plant. I called a local Gas Company and the phone just kept ringing. The call was not even picked up by the answering machine. I tried the same number about three time to no avail. This was strange to me because it was 10 am in the morning and no notice was made of this office being closed. I saw an emergency telephone number listed under the same company so I called it. A gentleman answered after the seventh ring and I told him that I wanted to get the an item but he was unable to help me and advised me to call back the same unanswered number.
