UNANSWERED CALLS

Don't businesses hire persons to answer their telephone anymore. I am tired of calling businesses who obvious don't want my business because no one will answer the phone.

This week my company urgently need of a gallon of a special grease to use in the manufacturing plant. I called a local Gas Company and the phone just kept ringing. The call was not even picked up by the answering machine. I tried the same number about three time to no avail. This was strange to me because it was 10 am in the morning and no notice was made of this office being closed. I saw an emergency telephone number listed under the same company so I called it. A gentleman answered after the seventh ring and I told him that I wanted to get the an item but he was unable to help me and advised me to call back the same unanswered number.
